Have deleted most other maps and cleaned up my mod file. Am downloading the map and opening with Winzip then unzipping files to mod file. should I be doing this differently? has worked on most other downloads

Not too sure what the problem is. The title says you cannot download the map but your comment suggests the map is not loading in the game? Why are you unzipping the map? Just drop the zipped map download into your mods folder, it should then appear in your game.

Have you tried disabling ALL mods, not just cleaning up the mod folder? If you have ALL mods (except the map) disabled and it still won’t load, then there is certainly a problem somewhere. Did you try modifying the map at all? Also, what does the error log say?
